Refunds cannot be processed beyond seven days due to web content indexing. We only ask that you please not attempt to exploit our refund system—just like you, we’re a small business trying to make it in this world.
Keep in mind that after a successful refund is issued, any content related to your interview on the site will be deleted. This also means any links you have shared or posted in reference to your interview will no longer work.
